3H Midwest produces Yangtze sauces first developed at the Hmong House Restaurant/Banquet based in Minnesota. Developed over 30 years, these sauces have been a key part of the restaurant’s success. The decision to commercialize Yangtze sauces came during the COVID-19 pandemic, as many people faced challenges cooking enjoyable meals at home. Yang’s sauces provide an easy solution to add delicious, consistent flavor to homemade dishes.
